This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the provisions of arbitration set out herein, the courts at Coimbatore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any Disputes (defined below) arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy.
