Mr V. Janardhanan & Mr S. R. Krishnamurthy established Precimeasure, as a partnership company in the year 1984.

The company specializes in manufacturing of Winding/Oil Temperature Indicators and Controllers for Power and Distribution Transformers.

Initially we were into manufacturing only conventional mechanical instruments and after an overwhelming success in this field, we started the Electronics wing in the year 1990 to cater to the requirement of our customers.

In the year 2001 July Partnership Company was converted into Private Limited Company and named as Precimeasure Controls Pvt. Ltd.

Based on our very good performance & faith imposed by our esteemed customers we have opened Precimeasure Branch cum works at Chennai to expand our operations.

The stringent quality standards we have set ourselves have resulted in production of our Top of the line products. Our instruments are type tested and approved at ETDC/CPRI/CQAL etc..

Apart from this we have exported our instruments to Middle East countries, Australia, U.S.A. and United Kingdom.
